Local Rep Duties and Responsibilities
We are currently looking for individuals to serve as Local Representatives in your area. As the primary representative of USA Program, the USA Local Representative always reflects a Godly, positive, honest, and professional attitude while consulting with private schools, host families, and international students.
USA's Local Representatives are:
- Mission-minded (Servants of Christ)
- Honest (Integrity)
- Dependable (We can count on you)
- Mature (Can handle any situation)
- Responsible (Follows through)
The USA Local Representatives serves as a liaison between the USA Program, Host Families, International Students, and Private Schools. The primary duties include:
- Distributing USA Program information/material
- Locating prospective Christian host families
- Personally interviewing Host Families in their homes
- Completing the “Prospective HF Report” form and check Host Family references
- Maintaining monthly contact with intl. student, host family, and private school
- Completing monthly evaluation report
- Mailing all forms and letters to USA Program office in Texas
Responsibilities of the USA Local Rep. include:
- Representing the USA Program intl. student ministry with integrity
- Locating and interview prospective Christian host families
- Greeting the intl. student upon arriving to the host city
- Providing support and assistance to all participants
